Pilates training is a form of exercise that has been in the United States since the early 1920's.  Joseph Pilates brought this form of exercise to the U.S. in the early 1920's after studying martial arts, boxing, gymnastics and yoga in Europe.  The method incorporates a combination of strength training, flexibility work and general muscular fitness exercises.

Several different pieces of Pilates equipment work your body from head to toe.  Clients report a general feeling of well being as well as increased fitness from the program.  They stand taller with improved posture, have better balance and feel thinner from the workout.  It is great fo all levels of fitness training from beginner to athlete.

Pilates exercise can be done as private training or in a group setting.
